Sabor Cruise Festival – HNEMusic.com

Overview
The Sabor Cruise Festival began as an ambitious idea: to create a multi-day cultural festival at sea that blended music, comedy, fitness, and community experiences. With no blueprint to follow, HNEMusic.com took charge of turning this vision into reality, building an event that could stand shoulder-to-shoulder with international festivals that have been operating for decades.

We managed every aspect of the festival’s creation and execution:

  • Event Planning & Logistics: Secured a cruise ship, coordinated with staff, artists, DJs, and comedians, and oversaw all operations.

  • Sponsorships & Investments: Developed sponsorship packages, pitched to investors, and secured funding that made the event possible.

  • Ticketing & Sales: Built and managed the sales funnel, both online and in person, to ensure strong guest turnout.

  • Marketing & Promotion: Executed a full digital strategy across social media and search, while also leading on-the-ground promotions.

  • Design & Printing: Created all event branding, promotional graphics, merchandise, signage, and printed collateral for both HNE and Sabor.

  • Consulting & Management: Effectively ran the company’s operations during the festival’s first year, providing experienced oversight and strategic direction.
